 Deborah Henry |
Deborah Henry is a licensed Real Estate Professional in Palm Beach County she has been practicing since 2003. Deborah went to Philadelphia Community College and majored in Real Estate. After having her twin girls she transferred to Cittone Institute and received a Certificate in Help Desk (Technical Support). She has been a success since she started in the Real Estate Industry. To date Deborah has sold over $18,000,000 in sales. Her willingness to work hard and follow up and go the extra mile for her clients has lead to a successful referral network passed on by passed and current clientele. She has demonstrated that she is honest, hardworking, diligent, and resourceful. Deborah has been involved in pre-construction sales, owner financing, lease options, renting, buying, and selling of residential real estate. She has made herself a staple in the community by helping families in foreclosure find closure in difficult times. Deborah has made relationships with investors, builders and local business professionals in the Palm Beach area with these resources she has been able to offer quick sales for her clientele. Deborah specializes in Lake Park, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Loxahatchee, Singer Island, Jupiter, Juno Beach, and everything between these areas. Deborah has also worked with numerous amounts of lenders and can offer solutions in these areas sometimes before they arise.  Ryjuell Nixon |
Ryjuell Nixon was born in Philadelphia, PA and has been around Real Estate as a young kid. His parents started investing in Real Estate, buying and renting row homes they purchased from the city when he was 12. Ryjuell owned his first piece of Real Estate at the young age of 19. He went to school at Lincoln College of Technology majoring in Electronics. After graduating and working in the field of Electronics Technology he decided that wasn't the career for him and started investing again in renting Real Estate. Later he went on to own his second and third property at the age 23. With his entrepreneurial spirit and desire for a new environment he moved to the Sunshine State, and pursued a career as a Commodities Broker, trading mainly crude oil and currencies . Three years into the business Ryjuell suffered a motorcycle accident that left him with major injuries that put him out of work for a year. He endured rehabilitation and after much perseverance Ryjuell decided to get back into Real Estate. This time not as an investor but a Sales Agent. He received his Real Estate license in 2006 and has been a top producing sales person since. After much debate because of the Real Estate crash in 2007 he decided to pursue a longtime goal and become a business owner. Ryjuell studied and received his Broker's license in 2008 and in 2009 formed the company, Accurate Properties LLC. Working hard for every seller and buyer, being a firm and strong negotiator he is sure to make each and every client happy with the skills and knowledge he has acquired over the years.
Steven Payne grew up in Owensboro, Kentucky. Coming from a family of builders and contractors, he has been around the Real Estate and Construction industries his entire life. Working for his father during the summers growing up, he learned residential and commercial construction at an early age. Starting college in Atlanta, Steven returned to the construction industry after graduating in Savannah, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. A few years later, he purchased some land and built his own piece of rental property. Steven has been a licensed Building Contractor since moving from Atlanta to Palm Beach County with his wife and two children in 2004. Adding to his knowledge of Real Estate, he also has certifications in Real Estate Inspection and Mold Inspection. This wealth of experience and knowledge makes Steven a valuable commodity in the real estate environment.
